We had just completed the interior of this clients very traditional lakefront home when they fell in love with the low maintenance, yet fabulous, details of this modern condo set on the top floor overlooking the lake. Who could say no to this spacious and bright floor plan, filled with unique architectural detailing? We couldn’t wait to make this ‘Palace in the Sky’ feel like home for them!

For the remodel, the clients wanted to keep the clean, modern look of the space yet create a comfortable feel for themselves and their two poodles. The open floor plan came together by creating spaces anchored with rugs and furnishings with sleek lines.

Soft fabrics were a must for Mr. while chic design and texture were a must for Mrs. The color palette of white, beiges, and soft browns became the perfect foil for the fabulous art collection the couple had been gathering for years.

Understated patterns on larger pieces lend interest and dimension while remaining true to the color palette.

With so much natural light and a neutral color palette, warmth was added throughout the home in subtle ways. One is through using pillows rich in color and texture.

The accessories that were chosen stayed neutral while coordinating with pops of unexpected color.
